Starfish Café is a concept made by two special talented friends that incorporated their distinct upbringing all the way from Cuba, Puerto Rico and Louisiana.  The two partners – Jorge Zamorano and Miguel Rodriguez met since their early years in college when they were still starting out in the world of art and the restaurant industry in the city of New Orleans.  Since then, they have managed to stay close friends even when they have moved to different areas in the U.S. – Jorge being a renowned artist and a restaurant owner, Miguel as the Executive Chef of the Embassy of Argentina and Chef owner of his Catering Company.  Life just works in mysterious ways and brought them back together in Washington, D.C. giving them the chance to integrate their distinct talents and give the world their vision in this wonderful, relaxed and fun restaurant called Starfish Café.
